I'm interested in things like, reading, family games, photography, walks in the park, animals, computers, being outdoors! anything really, i'm open minded and always ready to try something new.

| also love all types of animals, i've always grown up with pets. I've had dogs, rats, fish, gerbils and when i was younger I used to ride my friends horses. Its been awhile since the last time i went riding but i still love it. So i would have no problem working with a family who has pets, or going for days out around animals.

Dear future family,

My name is Miriam, but my friends call me Mia. I'm a seventeen year old Christian but, I am respectful of all religions and cultures. I live in a small town in Cornwall - Liskeard. I'm am experienced with taking care of children from 6 months old but, would prefer children age 2+.

I have an older brother (29) and an older sister (27) who both live and work in London. At home there is me, Mum, my step-Dad and our cockatiel Perdy.

Just to let you know I am a vegetarian who eats fish. I don't have any problems with other people eating meat around me or preparing meals with meat in for the children.


I would like to be au apair because I I have always had an interest in working with children as i feel i relate to them well. I am interested in moving to a different city or town and having an experience with a lovely family and lovely children. I believe I am a good teacher and would be able to help your children learn the English language (If you are a foreign family) and also some of the activites and hobbies I enjoy eg: photography, reading. I have a good sense of humour and a care free nature, I am very mature for my age and take all responsibilities given to me very seriously. I would love to be given the chance to become part of your family, learn your culture and hopefully teach you about mine.
