Hello! My name is Jamie, and I'm from Michigan, which is a hand shaped state in the United States. I have a relatively small family; mom, dad, and an older sister. My mom works at a law office, and my dad is a factory worker. We have a dog, two cats, two leopard geckos, and I have a personal Betta fish. I've cared for a child before who was 6 years old. We did a lot of fun things like go to the zoo, and play video games, etc. My goals for the future are to go to college to get a teaching degree in English. Some of my hobbies are writing short stories and taking pictures. The reason I want to be an au pair is because I hope to gain experience working with children so I can better help myself. I hope to gain a better knowledge of what children like and what they are like, and I also hope to gain more experience caring for them.
