Dear Host family,
My name is Mariana and I´m 26 years old. I´m from Brazil and I live in the state of Espírito Santo, in Vila Velha City. I graduated in Administration with specialization in Foreign Trade (since december 2008) and I work in the administrative area in a Construction Company.I live with my mother Rita and my beautiful Poodle dog called Aninha.It´s cute, sweet and lovely, it´s already 15 years old.I have a twin sister called Viviani ,but she is married and they don´t live with us.My father is deceased since we were 6 years old.My mother is a real estate broker and I work with her.I have many uncles and aunts and we are always together. Every summer we´ll go to the beach house to spend more time.My cousins are with me all the time and we always have fun. I have 2 best friends, Maryella and Talitha, they were my friends since high school.Relationships are the most important things in my life, because we know everything about each other.When I´m sad, happy or need some help, this is amazing!!I have a great relationship with my family and friends, we are very close.If somebody asked me what was the best experience in my life. I´d really say when I was au pair in Germany for 1 year, it was fantastic. I learned with children every day. I took care of the 2 girls Paula (4) and Luisa (7).
I was responsible for taking them to school, preparing them lunch, helping them with the homework and playing with them.Paula is very smart, full of energy and loves dolls. Taking care of them was a great responsibility and I learned a lot through that experience.Luisa is very sweet girl, she liked dancing and singing.I want to repeat the opportunity in another country, because it was always my dream to know about the America culture, I´m really excited to take care of the children, I Love it!I always had a strong connection with children and with them I can be better and can be a big sister.In my free time I like walking, traveling, running, swimming, reading, playing volleyball, riding a bike.
I´m always doing some exercises or practicing some kind of sport. I´m very responsible, caring, honest, patient, flexible, loving, energetic, very creative, organized, funny and dedicated.I really want to be au pair again because I Love kids and it´s a great opportunity to grow up as a person and learn American culture, it will give me the chance to keep working with kids as well as improving my English and developing myself.Then, I´m willing to do everything to make the kids happy and have a good relationship in the host family.I still have a good relationship with my former German host family, by internet and phone. I Love them so much.Right now, my contact with children is my little cousin when his parents go out or travel. I stay with him. I feel like his second mom. He is 1 year old.
