Dear Family,

I am an Irish girl looking for a new challenge. i grew up in the countryside with a farming background but have also lived in cities. i am a very capable person and very good with children. i have many years of experience with caring for children both paid and unpaid. i have worked in caring for children and adults with disabilities and volunteered with the Special Olympics also. i have a kind, tolerant, bubbly nature and a open mind which means i adapt to any situation and take problems in my stride. i like to be open and honest with people and in general people of any culture feel at ease around me. i am well educated, love to learn new things and i enjoy entertaining children. i have no problem with discipline and teach children to be respectful, polite and well-mannered by explaination and example. i have worked with troubled children and can resolve conflicts with ease. i look forward to being a part of a family and hope that i can learn from this.
