Well, I’m going to talk about myself and my life now.
I’m from the south of Brazil and I live in a small town called Nova Petrópolis. This city is in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which is different from all the Brazilian’s states. Most of the people is blond there, because their ancestors were European’s immigrants. Rio Grande do Sul is an example of a state to all Brazil. There, people have the best education, health and the people like to work. Also, is the only place that is very cold in the winter (sometimes it snows). Brazil is a big country, and each state is very different from the other. As if it were many countries in one country, with different cultures, races, faces, dances… For example, here most of the people don’t like, and don’t know to dance samba, and we don’t have the real carnival, we have just a simple party. Here we have the best barbecue in Brazil, and in the world (I don’t eat it and I don’t want to taste it), and many people from the south of Brazil, work in the USA at a BBQ’s. Actually, I was born in a city called Caxias do Sul, it’s near here, just 40 minutes by car. Caxias is a big city, and I have moved to Nova Petrópolis in 2000, when I was 10 years old. My parents and I have come here because is a very beautiful city.
About me, I’m 21 years old, I’m the only daughter and I live with my parents. I’m a happy person, very communicative (very very communicative, I like to talk so much), affectionate and very dedicated to my studies and work (in college, I have the best grades). Sometimes I’m a joker too. I’ve always liked children and the persons say that I have a special gift to calm them down. I’ve always believed in the communication, to teach children. I’ve already worked much with kid’s theater (I like it so much) and I have already been a babysitter of a beautiful little girl named “Gigi” and a sweet baby boy named “Luca”( Gigi was 5 years old and Luca 2 years old).
I also like arts such as drawing, theater, music and dance. (I study Product Design in college, I did 3 years of amateur theater, I sang for 6 years in a choir, and I danced for 2 years in a dance group). After, I also did 2 years of Jiu-Jitsu to learn to defend myself (It’s important too!). I also enjoy watching movies, going out to parks, swimming, meeting new people (make new friends). I like to read and to study Psychology, that’s a very interesting subject to me, mainly about kid’s education, and about men’s and women’s behavior (I like to understand both).
About my religion, I’m Hare Krisna, but actually I don’t practice it, I just believe in its philosophy. I respect every religion, and I believe in God. To me, God is in everyone and you have to respect others, therefore you respect god.
I have some principles as not lying, respecting everyone and the animals too, being honest, polite and happy.

I am vegetarian and I’ve never eaten meat. I have respect for those who eat it, but I don’t cook meat. Modesty aside, but I cook very well, and in home, I have to cook for myself and my parents. The good side of it, is that I like to cook very much!
About my parents: I have an artist’s family, my father was a electric guitar player, and he has already played in a orchestra and groups Nowadays they have a small factory of natural food and there they make and sell cereal and nuts (They’re also vegetarians, and believe in the good feed). I’ve already worked with them, but I stopped because I like “to walk with my own legs”. About the au pair, they support me and incentive me because they know that I want it so much. Because of this, I’ve always worked outside home, as a babysitter, saleswoman, professional of makeup (yes, I know how to put on makeup, whether is for parties or as for theater) kid’s theater and other things. I just like to work with people.
I would like to be an Au Pair so much, and I know that this demand much responsibility of my part. I’m prepared for this because I have much responsibilities in my life, and I know to deal with this.
