My name is Joan, I am 25 years old and I am from Spain.

I live in Cambrils, in the province of Tarragona Catalonia. Here we speak both Catalan and Spanish languages natively. I am also studying English now but I would be glad to have the chance to learn more and improve it. I am studying Computer Engineering on the university. Previously, I studied Software Development.

I am looking for a job as au pair. I saw you on this site and I would be glad to know your family and may be become part of it if I have the opportunity.

I have work experience as a waiter, as a nigthly warehouse keeper, farmer picking olives and carob beans, web developer and software developer. Now I am working as a freelance software developer. I have also experience teaching computers and language programming to children and eldery people. I often look after my nephews and niece since I am very young, and sometimes other children.

I am fun and friendly despite I am serious and trustworthy too. I would like to find a lovely and fun family to work with, having a good time together and know each other keeping a good long lasting friendship.

I would like to know new cultures and countries and improve my English. I love children and I get on very well with them. I also love nature, animals and plants. I could teach Spanish and/or Catalan languages, matters specially maths or related with computers as well as help with homework, doing housework, etc.

I was living for a month on summer 2008 in Waterford city, Ireland.
