Dear Au Pair Letter:
We are a 30-ish French couple living in the UK, married since 2003, both full time working. Our two sons are 4 and 1 (almost 5 and 2). One goes to school all day, the youngest one goes to the nursery two mornings a week.
As an au pair, you will mainly be busy from Mon to Fri : looking after the little one, taking him to the Nursery two mornings a week (15 minute walk), droping and picking the oldest one up at school (1 minute walk), taking care of them until parents are back from work, then during school holidays, taking care of both children. Helping us with the housework would be greatly appreciated! During summer 2012, at least 2 weeks off can be expected, plus other weeks here and there throughout the year, to be discussed.
