Why two countries?
One of our anti-scam features is to check every user if the ip address matches their declared country. If the ip is from a country that is unlikely to provide host families like ..... I don't know... let't choose a random country .... let's say NIGERIA then we ban that user on the spot. If we have doubts about if user is genuine or not we then activate our "Which country?" feature and you'll have both countries when you hover the country image from the profile page.
You can decide after that if to speak to that user or not.
The image to look for is
. If you hover over this image you should see first the country that user chose from the drop down menu and second the real country.
